Benjamin Hodas, Associate

Mr. Hodas joined the firm in January of 2002.  A seminar while at the University of Florida Law School sparked Mr. Hodas’ interest in the area of Family Law and a subsequent summer clerkship with Mr. Haines’ firm cemented his commitment to this area of law.

In his three years of practice, Mr. Hodas has co-counseled on several cases with Mr. Haines and has completed many trials as lead counsel.  His work has extended throughout the South Florida area.  He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and serves on the Family Practice Committee and the subcommittee on the Model Parental Time Sharing Schedule.

A South Florida native, Mr. Hodas earned his bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of Florida in 1998 and his law degree from the same school in December of 2001.  He and his wife Kara live in Palm Beach Gardens.
